After the tornado we needed repairs to our roof and honestly I was dreading it. Talked to Russell about having it fixed and needing estimates. He came out to inspect was on time, friendly, and took the time to explain everything step by step. He explained the damage and how it should be repaired. He even handled everything with the insurance company. Took tons of photos and documentation of all the damage for us. So grateful for all he done to ensure that everything was taken care of and we didn’t have to deal with jumping through hoops to get it done.

The company did a very thorough and professional job replacing my entire roof after hail storm damage. Russel helped me navigate the entire process with my insurance company and worked with the adjusters to process my claim quickly and efficiently. The team from ASRR went above and beyond the call of duty replacing siding that was damaged in addition to the roof repairs.
